Connections conference brings together the Marketing, Sales, and Service sectors for Salesforce with approximately 25,000 attendees.

  • Salesforce Virtual Keynotes -  2020 to 2021

Salesforce has created regular keynotes with CEO Marc Benioff and the Executive Team to offer direct communication with partners and customers while in-person meetings are on hold due to Covid-19. These keynotes average over 10 million views.

Google Cloud NEXT is a three-day conference with over 30,000 attendees that dives deep into Google cloud technology through keynotes by top industry leaders, hands-on trainings, 500+ breakout sessions, and plenty of opportunities for networking.

  • ServiceNow KNOWLEDGE - Orlando, FL - 2018

ServiceNow KNOWLEDGE 2018 featured over 400 sessions customized for 13,000 attendees at the Orlando Convention Center plus a private evening bash at Universal Studios Orlando.

  • Responsibilities of role:

    • Overall management, oversight and communications for security & safety process including crowd management

    • Work with the in-house client security teams and their consulting partners to standardize security & safety protocols throughout the program for both staff and attendees that often includes a dozen separate production companies and hundreds of vendors.

      1. These protocols involve crowd management, security operations, access control/badging, intelligence gathering, and everything in between.

    • Handle logistics to communicate protocols to everyone involved as well as project manage the core security & safety team of up to 300 and extended team of up to 1,200.

    • Primary budget owner including managing change control for security budgets of up to $4MM

    • Serve as primary liaison with production teams (GPJ and various agency teams) as well as client teams to ensure the Security & Safety program is top of mind

    • Drive operational readiness for all crowd safety and security initiatives

    • Collaborate with event technology and registration teams on access control measures including badging and access coding.

    • Report on any potential issues that could impact crowd safety, attendee security, brand protection, and asset protection during the conference

41 Forever: Dirk Nowitzki Jersey Retirement - Dallas, Texas - January 5, 2022

Produce the jersey retirement ceremony for Dallas Mavericks legend Dirk Nowitzki at American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. Manage project from concept to completion including logistics of a 10-minute change-over from end of the Dallas Mavericks/Golden State Warriors basketball game to the ceremony.

Role: Producer - Logistics, Covid-19 Onsite Management

  • NCAA Championships - Nationwide - 2021

The NCAA administers 90 championships in 24 sports for its member institutions. Facing the potential challenges of Covid-19, NCAA partnered with Stratoscope to establish centralized operations for this year’s championships that includes creating guidelines, tactical execution, contact tracing, and strategic situational awareness with an Operations Center staffed with key stakeholder representation.

  • Responsibilities of role:

    • Create internal communication system for Onsite Coid-19 Managers (OCOM) and NCAA Championships leadership team

    • Managed Covid-19 state-by-state protocol tracking

  • Palo Alto Networks IGNITE Security Conference - Virtual Program - 2020

Palo Alto Networks’ IGNITE ‘20 was the first time this popular cybersecurity conference was a fully digital experience with the goal of bringing 10,000+ customers, partners and prospects together from around the world. The final tally was above and beyond expectations with 35,000 attendees.

  • Responsibilities of role:

    • Management of all assets for broadcast including pre-production, recording, editing of key sessions, tracking CDN with streaming partner delivery to platform team

    • Keynote session speaker logistics including content development (guest speaker selection), rehearsals, and pre-recorded content production

    • Executive Producer for 5-day keynote session video shoot with leadership and entertainers

    • Designed and executed a custom give-back program for 240 participants for AbbVie’s HCV franchise
